Annual Garage Sale Was A Success
This year's garage sale fundraiser was among one of our most successful sales ever, generating almost $6000 for our rescue!  The success of this sale is due to the amazing organizational and negotiating skills of Cindy Chobak, who chaired the three-day event.
Field of Dreams is extremely grateful to Suzanne R, Steve and Kathy S, Mike D, Sandy M, Kim G and Becky S who donated numerous hours of their time helping set up and/or work the sale.  Special thanks also go to the following people who either baked goodies to sell, provided tables, helped set up for the sale, worked the sale and/or helped pack up items and clean upMuriel, Gindi, Mary Jean, Sandy, Kim B, Ann, Chad & Jill, Don, Joel, Sammy, Aaron, Nate, Jason, Sam, Mallory, Marissa, Christi and Gina (hopefully no one was overlooked).
Many thanks go to all of you who donated your items to Field of Dreams to sell for without those items, there would have been no sale.  All leftover items were donated to other not-for-profits, St. Vincent DePaul and the Batavia Public Library.
Despite all of the work involved, the three-day garage sale is a lot of fun and something we look forward to each year. Please save your items for next year's sale and thank you again everyone! - Jody Zyck, Board President

All Things Celtic
Field of Dreams would like to thank McCrae Farm for their kindness and generous support at the All Things Celtic French Classical Riding performance on May 21st. Their beautiful horses, amazing riders and performers, and gracious hospitality was inspiring and humbling. We are so very grateful for their generosity in dedicating the proceeds of Sunday's performance for the benefit of FOD! You can learn more about McCrae farm by visiting their website or Facebook Page

Green Grass At Last!
The green pastures are open for the season, and our horses couldn't be more excited!  Not only is grazing one of their favorite pastimes, the pastures allow them plenty of room to run, roll and play. It's obvious these geldings are so happy for the opportunity to "horse around."
